Orion DVC200 8 ft Camera Crane, Supports 8 lbs
PRODUCT VIDEOS
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The ProAm USA Orion DVC200 is an 8 ft camera crane built for filmmakers who want smooth, professional jib shots without a Hollywood budget. This single-arm crane supports DSLR, mirrorless, and compact camcorder setups weighing up to 8 lbs, giving you sweeping crane movements for weddings, commercials, live events, and narrative projects.
Built from 6061 aircraft aluminum with a scratch-resistant powder-coated finish, the DVC200 weighs just 12 lbs and breaks down into two 4 ft sections for easy transport. The crane ships pre-assembled with no tools required. Setup takes about five minutes, so you spend more time shooting and less time building.
The auto-tilt feature keeps your camera level as you raise and lower the arm. Switch to manual tilt mode when you want independent camera angle control during your crane movement. Both modes produce the kind of fluid motion that turns ordinary footage into something your audience will remember.
Mount the DVC200 to any tripod head with a standard 1/4"-20 or 3/8"-16 thread. Pair it with the ProAm crane stand or heavy-duty tripod for maximum height. The crane extends 5 ft from the fulcrum, gaining 5 ft of height above your tripod or support. On a large tripod, your camera can reach up to 11 ft from the ground.
Need more reach? The DVC200 accepts optional 4 ft extensions that bring total length to 12 ft or 16 ft, so the crane grows with your productions.
