im happy w the company overall, but have to admit this last part very disappointing, the fact that i order the vertical bar for the crane where it holds the weight and in the picture it looks like is kind like a kit but they only send the bar itself so to add it to the crane you need another screw and i guess a bolt or something to attach it i didnt mind if they charge me more for the whole thing but i just wanted to have the vertical bar ready for me to just install it in the crane, not the case. but well ill contact customer support directly to see what happened ill update my review on that.

So far we have used the bar on one shoot. It fit perfectly and worked as advertised.

I didn't have this piece originally. As soon as I got the counter weights set up I quickly realized this is a must have. Once you have it you can move the crane around much more easily. Buy with the package and save yourself an extra order.
